Meet Jo Cable.

Hi, I’m Jo. I first signed up for first aid training in 2015 and later trained as an instructor after having to use first aid skills in real life. Nothing prepares you for saving a life. It won’t be perfect, but it works. I was in the right place at the right time and this can happen to you too.

I have worked in schools for over 25 years and qualified as a teacher in 2008. I love teaching and making learning inclusive, engaging and easy to remember.

I feel really honoured to be able to pass on the skills that save lives. Helping others is life’s greatest gift.
